Filem ketiga John Wick, diberi tajuk John Wick: Chapter 3 baru sahaja membariskan pelakon filem The Raid berasal dari Indonesia, iaitu Yayan Ruhian dan Cecep Arif Rahman untuk filem ketiga itu. Turut disenaraikan adalah Tiger Hu Chen yang berlakon bersama-sama Keanu Reeves dalam filem Man of Tai Chi, dan kesemua ini akan tampil sebagai pembunuh upahan yang akan bertarung dengan watak utama, John Wick yang dimainkan oleh Keanu Reeves.
Filem John Wick: Chapter 3 akan turut dibintangi oleh Halle Berry (Kingsman: The Golden Circle, francais X-Men), Anjelica Huston (The Royal Tenenbaums), Asia Kate Dillon (Orange is the New Black), Mark Dacascos (Brotherhood of the Wolf) dan Jason Mantzoukas (The League). Manakala Ian McShane, Common, Laurence Fishburne, Lance Reddick dan Ruby Rose dijangka akan membawakan kembali watak asal mereka dari filem terdahulu, dengan Hiroyuki Sanada (The Wolverine) dilaporkan akan membawakan watak penjahat utama.

"John Wick (Keanu Reeves) is on the run for two reasons… he’s being hunted for a global $14 million dollar open contract on his life, and for breaking a central rule: taking a life on Continental Hotel grounds. The victim was a member of the High Table who ordered the open contract. John should have already been executed, except the Continental’s manager, Winston, has given him a one-hour grace period before he’s ‘Excommunicado’ – membership revoked, banned from all services and cut off from other members. John uses the service industry to stay alive as he fights and kills his way out of New York City."
