Menariknya, watak Batman dalam filem animasi DC League of Super-Pets ini dilakonkan dan diberi suara oleh Keanu Reeves, menjadikan secara tak langsung salah seorang Batman dalam dunia komik DC! Selain Reeves, pelakon lain yang memberikan suara kepada watak-watak lain adalah seperti Dwayne Johnson (sebagai Krypto the Superdog, Kevin Hart (sebagai Ace the Bathound), John Krasinski (sebagai Clark Kent/Superman), Diego Luna (sebagai Chip), Natasha Lyonne (sebagai Merton), dan Marc Maron (sebagai Lex Luthor).

“In the film, Krypto the Super-Dog and Superman are inseparable best friends, sharing the same superpowers and fighting crime in Metropolis side by side. When Superman and the rest of the Justice League are kidnapped, Krypto must convince a rag-tag shelter pack—Ace the hound, PB the potbellied pig, Merton the turtle and Chip the squirrel—to master their own newfound powers and help him rescue the Super Heroes.”
