Ryan Reynolds telah mendedahkan gambar promo terbaru filem Deadpool 2 dalam gaya lukisan kurun ke-16 Michelangelo, The Creation of Adam. Gambar tersebut boleh dilihat di bawah, yang mana turut menampikan watak Cable.
Sinopsis filem Deadpool 2 masih terlalu sedikit, tetapi apa yang boleh disimpulkan daripada maklumat yang diperolehi ketika ini ialah :
“After surviving a near fatal bovine attack, a disfigured cafeteria chef (Wade Wilson) struggles to fulfill his dream of becoming Mayberry’s hottest bartender while also learning to cope with his lost sense of taste. Ryan Reynolds kembali menyambung wataknya sebagai the Merc with a Mouth di samping Zazie Beetz sebagai mutant Domino dan Josh Brolin sebagai Cable, seorang mutant perentas masa yang merupakan anak kepada Cyclops (X-Men).
Lain-lain watak yang kembali ke filem ini daripada filem pertama Deadpool termasuklah Leslie Uggams sebagai Blind Al, Morena Baccarin sebagai Vanessa, Brianna Hildebrand sebagai Negasonic Teenage Warhead, dan Stefan Kapicic sebagai suara kepada watak Colossus.
Deadpool 2 dijadualkan untuk tayangan pada 1 Jun 2018.
